Mostly good, some minor issues

I signed up for a 5TB Storage Plan a couple of months ago, primarily for the zero-knowledge encryption feature which was a big draw. The setup was straightforward, and the desktop app works fine for uploading. My main positive is the peace of mind knowing my files are secure. However, I did notice the mobile app can be a bit slower to sync sometimes, especially with larger batches of photos. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about file versioning, so that was good. Overall, decent value for the privacy you get, but the mobile experience could use a little polish.

Detailed look at the 10TB plan

I purchased the 10TB Storage Plan during a seasonal promotion, specifically looking for a privacy-focused alternative to my previous cloud provider. The ordering process on the website was clear, and applying the promo code was simple at checkout. Immediately after purchase, I downloaded the desktop client and began migrating my files. Upload speeds were generally good, though they varied slightly based on file size and my internet connection, as expected. I appreciated the secure file transfer feature when sharing some larger project files with a colleague; it felt more robust than just emailing links. The zero-knowledge encryption is a major plus for me, confirming my choice for data privacy. The web interface is clean and functional, and I also tested the mobile app for accessing files on the go, which worked reliably for viewing documents and photos. The only minor point was initial confusion regarding how some advanced sharing options worked, but their FAQ section eventually clarified it. Overall, a solid service for anyone serious about encrypted cloud storage.

Consistent service, good value

I've used Internxt for a few years now, mostly for the Drive and secure photo backup. Just renewed my Annual Storage Plan, 2TB this time. The service has always been reliable for me. Files upload quickly, and I haven't had any issues accessing my data. It's why I keep coming back.

Easy to use, happy with it

Needed some extra cloud space and saw a deal for Internxt. Got a Monthly Storage Plan, 2TB. Uploading my documents was super easy, just dragged them in. Didn't have any problems at all. It just works, which is what I wanted.
